Here at Alloy, we package and distribute all of our items within 5 days, we then post each package by royal mail first class postage, which means your t-shirt will be with you within 10 days. 

However if you need your item desperately, contact us and we'll try our best to improve the time taken for processing.

Although we aim to get your clothes to you ASAP, sometimes things beyond our control can go wrong. 

If this is the case, contact us either using the 'contact us' page or by mailing us on Facebook.

All of our tees are printed by our local, professional t-shirt printers.

Although these people are professionals, they cannot perfectly match the image you can see online. 

We know this can be quite worrying but we guarantee that the t-shirt you receive will look almost identical that you, the consumer, will not be able to see any difference.

If there is a problem with any of your items please contact us and we'll aim to solve your problem immediately.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, UNLESS PRODUCT IS FAULTY, WE WILL THEN REPLACE THE PRODUCT.
